Top 5 signs your body is trying to get your attention ...

1. Doctors say I’m "fine" but I know something is off.

Normal labs don’t always mean optimal health, especially when the "normal" ranges were established on a majority unhealthy population. Go deeper with testing, stop guessing and start healing.

2. “I’ve lost my drive — physically and mentally.”

Whether it’s a drop in libido, motivation, or overall zest for life — this is a big red flag for testosterone deficiency, low thyroid, or adrenal fatigue in both men and women.

3. “I’m doing everything right, but nothing’s working.”

You're eating clean, moving your body, trying to sleep — but the weight won’t budge, your energy is tanked, and your mind feels foggy. This is often the first clue your hormones or metabolism are out of balance.

4. “I wake up tired and crash halfway through the day.”

If your energy dips like clockwork — especially mid-morning or afternoon — it could be tied to blood sugar instability, cortisol imbalances, toxic overloads or sluggish thyroid function.

5. “My mood is all over the place and I don’t feel like myself.”

Anxiety, irritability, or unexplained sadness can be rooted in imbalanced estrogen, testosterone, or thyroid levels. It’s not “just stress”— it’s often chemical.

FAQ'S

What am I to expect if this is my first dive into health and wellness?

Give yourself time and grace. This 3 A process (Awareness, Accountability and Action) will help you know which phase you are in as you continue to learn and lean into your health.

Phase 1 is AWARENESS, coming into the knowledge of things we didn't even know we were doing or contributing to the less than optimal health we have. Learn more about eating clean, what disrupts your hormones, tools for regulating stress and big emotions, and follow me online as I dive deeper into all of this with our wellness team through education, e-books, courses, programs and lab testing.

Phase 2 is ACCOUNTABILITY. Learning to be personally accountable for our choices and also accountable to others (gym buddy, check in partner) helps us stay on a great path while learning new habits and routines.

Phase 3 is ACTION. None of this matters if we don't get into the actions needed to sustain lasting change. These are the small consistent daily wins that we build upon day to day, guiding us to our best selves! You can do this and you are never alone!

Our suggestions and tests are proactive and we prefer to work from that space. You are welcome to submit your receipts to HSA or FSA, our payment portal is also set up to handle checking out with HSA or FSA cards. Coaching, calls, support and supplements should all qualify but we give you access to your data, it is your responsibility to submit. Do we take insurance? Short answer no. What we do is not covered by your insurance programs. These are cash pay services/tests or HSA/FSA qualifies, if you want to submit anything to insurance that would have to be done on your own.

How do I know which date to select for bloodwork (WOMEN ONLY)?

To best determine most accurately where your hormone ranges are we strongly recommend if you still have a cycle you aim for day 21 for the blood test to be completed. If you are not tracking your cycle and need to start we suggest using this body temperature method with the Natural Cycles app.

If you are in Menopause, have had a hysterectomy, let us know that when you book your blood test in the appropriate areas and you can schedule your test any day of the month.

Your day 1 is the first day of your cycle.

Is It Safe For Pregnant/Nursing Women?

Yes. Please let us know as you place your order if you are pregnant/nursing or plan to become pregnant in the near future. Likely nothing will change in the recommendations as a result but with that knowledge our practitioners can also be watching for other details in the blood tests and specific supplement recommendations to be sure health is optimized for mom and baby!

How Old Do You Have To Be?

At least 18 years of age for us to complete the blood work on you, so if you are wanting to do this for your kids as well, it works for your adult children. There is no maximum age for blood work.
